How To Spa
- To
ensure your preferred date and time of service,
we recommend appointments in advance or prior to
leaving the spa.
- Reservations
must be held with a credit card. If you need to
cancel your appointment, please call at least 24
hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of
the cost of all treatments scheduled.
- Plan
on arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment
to allow for check-in, changing, and relaxation.
If you have special medical conditions or are pregnant,
certain treatments are not recommended. Please notify
our staff.
- If
you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated.
Your arrival time will determine the length of your
treatment time, which will end as scheduled.
You will be charged the full amount of your originally
scheduled treatment. If necessary, we will reschedule
your appointment as soon as possible.
- In
order to provide a relaxing experience for you and
our other guests, we request that you turn off all
audible electronic devices.
- Unfortunately,
we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal
belongings. For your own protection, please keep
all valuables with you or at home.
- Prices
and services are subject to change without notice.
- While
gratuities are not included, they are appreciated.
If you are satisfied with your services, a 20% cash
gratuity is customary.
- Gift
cards and corporate gifts are available and make
a wonderful present any time you want to send a
special message to someone you appreciate...(good
for one year from date of purchase).
